Kek Pandan Layer
Assalamualaikum
I'm bad at making cake, except for Japanese Cheesecake. Cheesecake is my guilty pleasure..sometimes. So, yesterday I "try" baking Kek Pandan Layer because I love coconut dessert. This is basically my report card.
Ema ambil resepi kek pandan layer dari KitchenTigress sebab resepi dia sesuai untuk kek adunan loyang kecil 5". Kebanyakkan resepi untuk loyang besar.
Miraculously. Ema dapat kek sponge lembut pandan. Tapi struktur kek tu lembut sangat, bukan underbaked ya. Pandan kaya tak mengeras sepenuhnya, mungkin sebab agar-agar powder tak cukup atau tak mengeras. Rasa tak manis.
By the way. Waktu Ema tengah baking, I got a congratulation message from my ex-supervisor. Alhamdulillah, our review paper just got accepted for publication ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ. Now Dr tengah handle post-publication which is bayaran publication fee 💰. Currently, that is my last paper. I have no more paper in writing and no more academic paper to draft. Time to paint.
japanese cheesecake is hard to make as well for me ! but omgg this pandan kek looks so good!!
